Rick graduated in 1998 from the Tennessee Technology Center in Crossville, earning his diploma in HVAC technologies. He is EPA certified, a Limited Licensed Electrician, and even earned NATE status in 2010. In 2015, Rick also patented his own invention, The Guardian Strike Gas Valve. After serving in the HVAC industry for over 20 years, his knowledge has become a cornerstone for our technicians and installers today. Now, he proudly serves as our company’s visionary as he leads us to success and growth each year.

Jesse started with our company as an installer in 2013. After earning his diploma in HVAC from the Tennessee Technology Center in Crossville, he graduated from our company to be a full-service technician. In 2020 he was promoted to Service Manager, but he didn’t hold that seat for long. His work ethic quickly achieved him as our Chief Operations Manager in 2021.

Cody has been with the company for 5+ years executing roles in both the install and service departments. He graduated from Tennessee Tech University in 2021 with a Bachelors’s in Accounting and Finance. Now, he serves as our Financial Manager, overseeing each of our offices.

Since 2014, Catie has gone from Office Admin to Office Manager, to owning the seat of managing Marketing and Human Resources. Her creativity, care, and continued education in both of these fields keep our company current and compliant. Today, she uses all the experience she has earned over the years to help guide others and grow our company.

Justin came to our company in 2016 already having a background in sales. As our Comfort Advisor, he has been awarded within our company for his excellence in taking care of our clients. His success-driven attitude has made him become a valuable asset to our company and now serves as Sales Manager over all the branches.
